How do I bring talent into our organization?

Editors and Administrators can invite talent two ways. You can email an invite to a specific person, or you can generate a shareable code (with an optional label like "Spring 2026 Cohort") that anyone can use to join. You can deactivate a code any time to stop new sign-ups.
