What do you use my data for?

Short answer: only to make the platform work for you.

When you sign up and use Runwayz, we collect things like your profile information, career interests, work samples, and how you use the platform — all so we can show you the right opportunities and connect you with the right people. That's the whole job. To make it concrete:

• We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We don't use it to train AI. Your information is here to help you, not to feed someone else's model (or ours).
• We don't share it without your say-so. Employers, schools, and partners only see what you choose to share with them.
• We don't follow you around the web. Once you close the tab, we're not tracking you across other sites.

When AI does come into the picture on Runwayz (for example, to suggest career paths or help you sharpen your profile) it's there to assist you, not to make decisions about you. Hiring, admissions, and eligibility calls still come from real people.
